Bio / Story

I have more than 12 years of experience in China, the US and NZ as a Technical Sales, Account Manager, and Marketing Director. I transitioned into business analyst roles in August 2021 before graduating from Victoria University. In the past three years, I accumulated extensive project experience from industries including financial services, consulting, system operators, and banking.I'm passionate about empowering meaningful changes for organisational and individuals. In my spare time, I founded a BA Career Meetup in January 2023 with the mission to help people launch and advance their business analysis careers. So far we have organised more than 30 online events and 8 offline events. I also provide 1-1 career coaching services in the past year, helped more than 20 people land a job successfully.

I'm passionate about empowering meaningful changes for organisational and individuals.

My coaching and mentoring style is emphasising on active listening and building meaningful relationship with my mentee or coaches. I believe by understanding their real needs and providing practical feedback, I can help people uncover their hidden power and achieve their full potentials.
