Leaving a toxic workplace is a weird feeling… like you’re relieved you’ve finally left, but also annoyed that a perfectly good job has been unnecessarily ruined by a few people creating a horrible work culture.

Burnout is real… I haven’t had an actual vacation or break from work in over 3 years. The last time I didn’t work was when my last child was born and that only lasted ONE week because I’m the only one at my job capable of doing my job. 😫 since then I’ve only had 1-2 days off work but I’m always “on call.” Now with social media being a full time job for my author career on top of my HR job, it feels like the idea of an actual break is completely unattainable.

Yall how long do you think Project Management as a career will last before it gets the tech treatment and the AI/greed-induced layoffs start rolling? Asking for uhhh myself
