Career Transition

I quit my job, my 90k a year job. I was absolutely miserable. I would cry on my way to and from work, sometimes even at work. I worked so hard to get this role, it took almost a year and now I’m back where I started. I have a masters degree, a strong background in communications and project management, I’m more motivated than anyone else I know, but I am so discouraged right now. All I want in life is a sense of purpose, a place to grow, a career to be proud of, why is that so hard?
