Career depression is real. It can look like: Crying before work. Feeling numb during meetings. Being mentally checked out for months. Or watching your confidence slowly disappear in a role that drains you every day. When you are dealing with career depression, you start second guessing yourself. A lot of people stay in it so long, they start thinking this feeling is normal. It’s not.
