First, kami akan tengok your previous positions, career progression, professional certificates, and real achievements. We want to see results, not just titles. Then masa interview, you must pass the critical thinking and logic questions. MNCs love to test how you solve problems under pressure. Plus, focus on your body language and how you structure your answers so be clear and direct.

During an interview, I asked a candidate, What motivates you to apply for this role? He confidently replied, I want to join a company where I can grow and make an impact. Then I asked, what if you don’t get selected? He smiled and said, "Then I’ll keep applying until I find the right fit. Rejection is just redirection!" In recruitment, sometimes candidates teach us more than we expect.
