Something I hate about work culture is that you have to be strategic with navigating people to survive. People who are genuine with others are often punished

How do yall fell about this ? I don’t feel like I was doing to much, my coworkers have a lack of boundaries and full of entitlement. The people who done it didn’t even acknowledge it or apologized. This was also a thing with someone else in our shared office and the same person did it and bitched about it privately. Everybody here is new except for the person who replied to my email and the directors. I can see why the turnover rate is high.
