It's been a year at work, and I still keep making silly mistakes repeatedly. Sometime I make a small mistakes that turn into bigger issue. My coworkers have started to notice, and now they don’t really trust me with tasks anymore. In simple terms, they think I’m not capable of doing the work properly. I'm aware and I really try my best to reduce my mistakes, but... 😢 I think I’ve started to develop anxiety about making mistakes. I don’t even trust myself anymore. What should I do 😭

Burnout isn’t always about working too much. Sometimes it’s about working in a way that’s completely wrong for how you’re built. Your 6th house is your work environment, your routines, and the conditions where you actually show up well. And a lot people have never looked too much at it 🧵
