Honest question: When did you first realize your workplace might be toxic? For me it was when I noticed my confidence slowly disappearing.

In my experience it’s only been my coworkers who were…. (See below) because all my other co workers minded their own brown and black business. But the (see below) would report you to HR for creating a hostile work environment all because you refuse to talk to them about your personal life and only talk to them about work related matters. They also got mad when you didn’t participate in potlucks or happy hours after work.

I hate work culture. Everyone is lying and scheming and doing people dirty.

Is workplace culture a good or toxic environment?
