Tadi I interview a candidate for Marketing Executive and seriously… impressed. Dia very details, well-prepared, buat research tentang company. Dari cara jawab soalan & body language, memang nampak dia datang bukan sekadar “nak kerja”, tapi betul-betul passion. As HR, kita actually boleh nampak beza tu.
