Burnout & Motivation

Burnout is real… I haven’t had an actual vacation or break from work in over 3 years. The last time I didn’t work was when my last child was born and that only lasted ONE week because I’m the only one at my job capable of doing my job. 😫 since then I’ve only had 1-2 days off work but I’m always “on call.” Now with social media being a full time job for my author career on top of my HR job, it feels like the idea of an actual break is completely unattainable.
