I’m quitting my job in 3 months, no matter what. It’s scary, but staying where I am feels worse. And these next 90 days, I’m focusing on building another source of income and working on myself: mentally, physically, everything. I don’t have it all figured out yet, but I know I can’t stay stuck. I actually hate how difficult it can be to make a career pivot. We talk about certain skills being transferable but it honestly doesn’t seem like a lot of employers see that.
