I have interviewed hundreds of people. The truth is, great interviews aren’t about having the “perfect” answer. They’re about showing self-awareness, professionalism, and alignment with the role. Here are 5 questions I always coach clients to answer strategically:

before intv - be prepared intv session - jawab soalan dgn baik, sopan and tunjuk diri ada value. after intv - give appreciation letter to the HR atau pon yg arrange interview session after a week - follow up • this is how you usaha to get the job if you are hired - say “Thankyou” and show manner to them if not - you already show that you have manner to the company , you have good attitude ✨

ingatkan lepas interview boleh dengar "ok, bila boleh start? esok boleh ke?" rupanya dapat jawapan "ok, tu sahaja untuk interview harini, apa apa nanti HR akan inform kalau awak diterima"
