About me

Hi! I’m Michelle Jiang — a product leader with over 13 years of experience across AI, tech, and startups in China, the U.S., and Australia.

My journey began in psychology at Fudan University, followed by an MBA at UC Berkeley. Since then, I’ve led product teams at Microsoft, Alibaba, and Meituan, and now serve as VP of Product at BookWell.AI — an AI-powered accounting platform helping small businesses work smarter.

Beyond titles, I’m an obsessive builder. I love the messy, creative middle between “idea” and “impact,” where tech meets real human needs. Over the years, I’ve been mentoring product managers, new graduates, and career switchers who wanted to find clarity, build confidence, and take ownership of their paths.I’ve been where you are — uncertain, overloaded, and wondering if you’re “ready.” Spoiler: you already are. You just need the right frameworks and someone who’s seen both the corporate maze and startup chaos to help you navigate with clarity and calm.I’m passionate about helping you:

•Define your north star — understand your strengths and long-term direction
•Transition into product management or tech — even without a technical degree
•Design your career like a product — experiment, iterate, and grow with intention
•Communicate like a leader — across cultures, teams, and senior stakeholders
•Build something meaningful — whether it’s a product, a company, or a personal brand

Whether you’re a PM exploring your next step, a founder finding product-market fit, or a professional transitioning into tech — I’ll help you turn your experience into your advantage.Let’s make your next career move smart, strategic, and a little bit fun 🚀!
